Nature photography from a woman in the woods

Inkblot Reflections . . .

The stillness and the snow of the weekend provided glorious lake reflections. I love the zoomed ones best, but the distant ones have their own charm …
I have inserted smaller versions of the distant ones because they look like they came from a Rorschach Inkblot test. (However, if you click on them they will enlarge so that you can see the beautiful details and the beaver dam.)

    • Thanks Montucky … I like that photo better then I like what that dam is doing to my lake .. the beavers and the dams are multiplying, they are out of control and taking over.

    • On weird weather days like that it is so much fun to go out and take pictures … I love them all and it is hard to pick out a few to display here. Then there are those other days when nothing catches my camera’s eye or inspires me … it is usually feast or famine with me.
