Nature photography from a woman in the woods

First Wild Rose of Summer . . .

In a few weeks, wild rose bushes will be blooming everywhere, especially on the edge of the forest and along the rural roadsides. This is my first find of the year found on the edge of a small gravel pit.

  1. Hi Bearyweather, Oh, so gorgeous! Your pictures of the rose are fantastic. I can almost smell the rose as well as see its beauty. Have a super nice day and a great coming week!

    • There were not enough of them, yet to really smell them … but, shortly there will be many of them and their sweet aroma will fill the air.
