Nature photography from a woman in the woods

Fall Remains . . .

Spring has definitely arrived in northern Minnesota, finally.  Things are greening up, wildlife is filling the woods with sound again, and those mountains of snow are really gone. Yet, as I walked around with my camera last weekend  signs of Fall still remained in so many places.  A close examination to find some new growth or green buds in the background of many of my of my photos would be the only way to tell whether or not these shots were taken now or last Fall.  See what I mean?

  1. These are beautiful. It’s funny how autumn doesn’t let go completely until spring has more or less covered her up.
